This phone is honestly so bad the reason I say this is it so laggy and delayed. Sometimes when I'm playing games it freezes up and sometimes sends me to another random app when I never clicked it.
My old phone quit working due to falling into water. My wife went to the store to get me a new phone while I was at work. We had Galaxies. The T Mobile rep talked her into a family plan and these 5g phones. She told my wife they were just as good if not a little better than the Galaxies we had. They worked fine at first then after a year they started acting up. We started to get bad reception. Could not make calls from certain areas like inside Walmart or the Hospital. Kept needing to restart a lot. We needed reliable phones because of my wife's health. We did not have the money to get new ones. Since these were T mobiles "bargain basement phones" we could not trade them in for a newer phone. We were told by a T Mobile rep they "had no value." So we were stuck with them. I just bought an SD card because I was running short on memory. Watching the guides on how to upgrade it showed 2 choices, Portable storage and Internal storage. My phone only allows Portable storage. No option for Internal storage. So I cannot use it for Apps. A salesman working with this rep when I went back later about a problem made a comment if it was up to him he would not allow Walmart to sell anything but T mobile phones. Well, they should not allow T Mobile phones to be sold in Walmart.
- Nothing, I will never do business with T Mobile again.
- The T Mobile rep took advantage of my wife. She really did not understand about the phones.
- My wife usually does not get taken in by high pressure sales. She let her gaurd down on this one.
- The Rep lied to her when she said the phone was better quality than the Galaxy phones we had.
I was able to use the previous version of the phone and was just amazed at the quality of everything. It was a contender. So naturally purchased the 5+5G expecting similar. Wrong this phone is trash and should not be named as a new better performing version of the phone. This is like a free gov phone
